Chapter 4: Summary and next steps

You’ve built an assistant that checks your email and your calendar from a request written in your own words.

What you’ve learned

To create credentials with just the access the flow needs.
To build a flow with an Agent that uses a language model and several tools.
To turn a component into a tool by connecting its Tool output, and to let the agent fill in some fields with Defined by AI.
To test the flow in the playground and check what the agent did at each step.

Create events. Add another Calendar Event with the Create operation, connect it to Tools and mark the Summary, Start and End fields as Defined by AI. For this you need a Google Calendar credential with Create, Update, Delete, Read access.
Publish it. Deploy a version to use the assistant from another application. See Publish and follow a flow.
Get ideas. Browse the templates to find other ready-made cases.
