Examples
These examples were done from start to finish with the assistant, without touching the canvas by hand. Follow the same steps in your account to see it in action.
Example 1: look things up in your account from anywhere
You don’t need to open any flow. From the home page, open the assistant and ask:
What environments do I have?
The assistant checks your account and replies with a table of your environments and their variables, without showing their values:

Other questions along the same lines:
- “What does the Supplier invoices flow do?”
- “Which flows do I have scheduled and when do they run?”
- “Which version of Customer service is published to production?”
Example 2: create a flow from scratch, with its own folder
From the home page, in Guided mode:
Create a new folder called “Docs demo” and, inside it, a flow that receives the text of a customer review, classifies it as positive, neutral or negative with OpenAI and returns a suggested reply to send to the customer.

1. It shows you the plan. The assistant checks the components and your credentials, sees that the folder doesn’t exist and asks whether to build the flow this way:

Choose Yes, build it like this.
2. It creates the folder and the flow, and sets up the components. If during the build it discovers something that changes the plan, it tells you and asks before continuing.
3. It asks you for the credential. Since there is more than one OpenAI credential in the account, it shows you the list so you can choose:

4. It asks for permission to test it with a sample review:

5. It shows you the result and assesses it for you: it checks that the classification is correct, reviews the quality of the reply and suggests how to make it even better:

The Flow executed card shows each component with its time. Its open button (diagonal arrow) opens the flow on the canvas:

The result: a new folder with a working, tested flow inside it, without ever opening the canvas.

Example 3: improve a flow you have open
With the flow open, the assistant knows which one you mean. Just ask for the change:
Make the reply mention the specific problems the customer describes and keep it to 3 sentences at most. Test it with a positive review.
The assistant changes the agent’s instructions, runs the flow with a new review and shows you the result. On the canvas, each component is marked with its status and its time from the last run:

You can keep iterating in the same conversation as much as you like: “always address the customer formally”, “if the review is neutral, ask what we could improve”, “now try it with a review in Spanish”…
Example 4: tweak a field from its editor
Open the agent component, expand the editor for its instructions and click the sparkles button in the corner:

Ask for the change without explaining where, because the assistant already knows which field you are in:
Add a rule: if the review mentions an allergy or food poisoning, the reply must ask for a contact phone number.

Example 5: save a version and publish it
When the flow is the way you want it:
Save a version of this flow and publish it to production.
The assistant saves the version and, before publishing, explains what that means and asks you to confirm:

When it’s done, it confirms which version is in production and since when:

More ready-to-copy requests
Automate on a schedule
Create a flow that every Monday at 9:00 (Madrid time) reads the pending invoices from my “Collections” sheet and sends me an email with the summary.
The assistant builds the flow, tests it and creates the schedule. It will show you the time in your zone and in universal time.
React to an event
When a new Typeform submission arrives, save the answers in my customer database and notify me on Telegram if the budget is over €5,000.
Work with environments
Create a “testing” environment with the API_URL variable pointing to https://api-testing.mycompany.com, mark it as secret if needed, and assign it to the “Sync orders” flow.
Create a credential
Create an OpenAI credential called “OpenAI Marketing” with this key: …
I need to connect my Gmail.
In the second case, since it’s an account that requires signing in, the assistant will open the window for you to complete the sign-in.
Debug
The “Supplier invoices” flow fails at the database step. Test it and fix it.
Run this flow up to the database component and tell me what data reaches it.
Write code
In the Python Code component, remove duplicate records by email, sort them by date and return only this month’s.
The assistant first checks what data actually reaches the component and then writes the code.
Use an attachment
Attach a screenshot of an error, a sample PDF or a photo of a sketch with +, and ask:
Build a flow that extracts the supplier, the date and the total amount from invoices like this one.
Several flows working together
I want a support system: one flow that receives support emails and classifies them by urgency, and another that sends me a summary of the week’s urgent ones every Friday.
The assistant plans it as a project, shows you the full plan and builds and tests each flow in order.
Voice agents
Publish the “Reception” voice agent so it answers the phone.
Does the draft of the “Reception” agent have unpublished changes?
