Chat Output

The Chat Output component shows chat messages within Nappai’s Playground. Think of the Playground as a testing area where you can see how your automated tasks and AI assistant will interact. This component simply displays the results of those interactions as chat messages.

Relationship with Nappai’s Playground

This component is specifically designed to work within Nappai’s Playground environment. It takes the output from Nappai’s AI and automation processes and presents it in a user-friendly chat format. This allows you to easily review and understand the results of your automated tasks.

Inputs

  • MessageInput: This is the chat message that will be displayed. Nappai automatically sends this message to the Chat Output component. You don’t need to interact with this input directly.

Outputs

The Chat Output component produces a visual representation of a chat message within the Playground. This allows you to see the text of the message, making it easy to understand the results of your automated tasks or AI interactions.

Usage Example

Imagine you’ve set up an automation to send a summary email. In the Playground, you can see the results of this automation using the Chat Output component. The component will display the email’s subject and body as a chat message, allowing you to verify that the automation is working as expected.

Templates

This component is used in any Nappai Playground template where you want to see chat-based output from your automated tasks or AI interactions. You don’t need to configure it directly; it automatically displays messages sent to it.
